Because of this, when we launched our corporate travel product in May 2017, we started with a very specific segment of the market: on-site interviews.
For our customers, like Uber, Airbnb, and Shopify, attracting high quality talent through a seamless interview travel experience is key. We make their lives easier while impressing their candidates with a simple and easy-to-use technology platform.
Since launching Pana for recruiting teams, customers have started to use us for dozens of other use-cases, such as flying in partners, customers, contractors, board members, and more. For each of these use-cases, we expand the capabilities of our product.
With this strategy, our customers help us build the roadmap for what the 21st-century corporate travel platform looks like. Customers become true partners of our design, product, and development teams. The partnership has benefits for both sides: our customers get to shape a product that solves a real need for them, and we get to be confident we're delivering real value.
Our interview process starts with an intro call which is designed for us both to get to know each other better. If it feels like a mutual fit, we'll dive deeper into a second conversation and technical screen with the hiring manager. Please bring as many questions as possible to this interview, we believe recruitment is as much for the candidate as it is for us. Finally, we will conduct a full half-day onsite for culture interviews, a pair programming session, and a chance to meet as many team members as possible.
