Page Vault is an award-winning startup with a cloud-based technology that is revolutionizing how webpages are used in legal battles (Grand Prize, 2014 Northwestern University’s Venture Challenge; Finalist, 2015 ITA Trailblazer Award; Finalist, 2015 Chicago 50 on Fire; multiple patents pending; over $1.5M of funding raised). Our cutting-edge software easily captures websites and social media posts as evidence while preserving the authenticity of the content – our unique process maintains an evidential chain of custody and allows Page Vault to be used in high-visibility lawsuits.
As a team, we are passionate about disrupting the legal-tech community, learning about business, cloud technologies and law, and having fun along the way. Our team is tight-knit and dedicated to helping our law firm clients and each other! Our goal is to successfully scale the company through innovation and brand recognition – we will bring our best-in-class solution for capturing webpages and websites to every law firm.

The Problem
Our founder started with a problem a few years ago: stuff disappears on the dynamic, ever-changing web, making it tough to reference in academic writing. But would academia pay for a solution? "Bzzzt." How about law enforcement? Or better yet - lawyers? "Ding ding ding!" We have product-market fit.
3+ years later, and we have a thriving little startup called Page Vault, aiming to make a solution for capturing webpage that's so easy to use, even a lawyer could do it. (It's OK, we have lawyers on staff already and they can handle the jokes.)
The Tech
Do you like solving problems that are hard? That maybe haven't even been done before? If so, we might be your people. We're pretty smart, but humble about it (except here), like to work hard but have fun doing it, and make cool things that solve real world problems that customers actually use. DevOps? Yes! SysOps! We do that too! We do have a little Objective-C, Ruby/Chef, with some occasional Python, and whatever else gets the job done that makes sense. In the end our core stack is JavaScript and C#, but we're pretty practical and not too opinionated. We work on Macs but sometimes dwell inside Windows on Parallels. We live in Slack, Trello and GitHub. We like the command line. We work nights and weekends occasionally, but still love and prioritize our families.
