About Us

Overhaul was founded in June 2015 by Barry Conlon and Robert Clarke. Barry Conlon was one of the original founders and CEO of FreightWatch International (FWI) the innovative company that single-handily defined and led the emerging supply chain security industry. Robert Clarke is a tenured supply chain executive with deep experience running global supply chains. Together they combined their experience to create the next wave of technical innovation to the evolving global supply chain industry.

Overhaul’s core objective is to explore new and disruptive methods of capturing key supply chain data. To achieve this goal and explore and develop this market opportunity, a first class team of proven talent was assembled. Smartphone technology provides an easily deployable means of capturing live data at the cab level. Could this level of visibility and ease of deployment disrupt the existing status quo and lead to a faster and cheaper means of pushing and pulling operational data with the objective of eliminating redundancy and accelerating efficiencies? The answer is Yes and we're looking for other talented individuals to join our international team in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

What We Do

Overhaul is a technology company that has developed software and systems to solve real-time visibility challenges within complex supply chains. Overhaul’s target market is the Shipper or Broker of sensitive cargo that may require monitoring of data points such as OTP measurement, temperature, risk exposure etc. The top tier of these customers lack the real-time operational visibility data and analytics they need to mitigate risk. To serve this purpose we are devoted to building the easiest and most compelling tools for truck drivers.
