Our approach — a combination of discipline, relentless testing and detail-oriented execution, was working, but we knew we could achieve greater and sustained success if we could scale our efforts.

Among the myriad CRM and marketing SaaS products on the market, there was no single solution that could truly scale performance in this way. So we created New Engen and built one. We continue to uncover new opportunities and platforms for our clients to scale and grow. How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you better understand the opportunity, learn about your interests, and help you decide if New Engen is the next right place for you. From there, you will complete an online coding exercise to show us your programming skills with no bias of who you are or where you came from. Then it's a phone screen with one of our Senior Dev Managers to learn a bit more about your technical background, motivations, and to share about our exciting work. Next is a technical screen with one of our Engineers so you can show us your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to interview with an interview panel from our engineering group. Our onsite interview is designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain a holistic understanding of what you bring to the team and where you shine.
