mRelief provides an easy-to-use platform on the web, text and voice for Americans to sign up for SNAP benefits (food stamps). The nonprofit was founded in 2014 by two women who were certain a technological solution could improve the arduous eligibility determinations and application process for those seeking benefits. mRelief has since launched its eligibility screener across all fifty states, and has helped over a million people access SNAP with dignity. Our current project in is saturating more states with our applications and CRM Johnnie, which is designed to ease the application process for users and social service agencies.

We are a team that believes in the power of innovation to ensure that anyone can access the safety net without it adding to the already stressful circumstance of poverty. We center the inherent dignity of our users in all we do. We look for team members who are empathetic and adaptable, and excited about being part of a team that lifts one another up while creating a streamlined and accessible product.
