Merkle Data

The Merkle Data team got together at SLAC (Stanford Linear Accelerator Center) while working on blockchain applications and different use case in specific industries, we realized that blockchain data was not actionable and hard to make accurate.

Louis (CEO) has a background in Finance and saw the opportunity to provide crypto investors, traders, and blockchain-based companies with actionable and accurate data. Shihao (CBO) and Pari (CTO) were the perfect founders to build the actual solution that allows us to serve clients with real-time and historical data. Raffi was a post-doc at SLAC working in the same research group, and is now leading the Data Science team, leveraging both his academic background as well as his industry experience.

We are VC-backed by top blockchain investors (Pantera, DCG, Ledger), and top VCs (Foundation Capital, Aspect Ventures, General Catalyst). We are located out of Palo alto until August when we will move to SF. We are currently building a product team out of NYC.
