Who is Made with Magnolia?

Shortly after the launch of the iPad in 2010, Made with Magnolia launched their product, Maggy, to publishers and content creators in Canada. Used by the Globe and Mail, General Motors, and the National Post, among others, Maggy has delivered hundreds of thousands of enhanced magazine experiences to tablets across the country.

The founders of Made with Magnolia, Michael Yokota and Sam Mithani, worked together a a digital production company where Michael led the Production Team and Sam lead iOS development. Together, they delivered award winning mobile app experiences for Canada's largest broadcasters and brands - CBC, TSN, MuchMusic, and Global.

What We Do

Made with Magnolia's Maggy is only one aspect of Magnolia's business offerings. We also provide native mobile-focused full-stack development for platforms. Currently, Magnolia is building a web, backend, and mobile app platform for one of Canada's biggest clinical treatment centres. This platform will help with clinical recovery and expedite the process of getting people back to their normal, healthy lives.
