At LookBooker our mission is to be the go-to partner for salons looking to connect with consumers and the go-to marketplace for consumers looking to connect with salons. We want to change the way you book hair and beauty appointments by providing a trusted marketplace which allows you to search, select, and instantly confirm appointments, 24 hours a day from any web or mobile device. We aim to make hair and beauty more convenient, more accessible, and more enjoyable – be that for your regular upkeep services, or your special occasion pampering. LookBooker is new but we’re growing fast. Every week we are adding new salons and services to our platform and expanding into new neighborhoods. We are headquartered in New York City with plans to quickly expand into other major cities across the US.
How We Interview and Hire
Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if LookBooker is a mutual fit. If we move forward, for technical roles we will schedule a technical screen to make sure your skill set matches what we are looking for. If all of that looks good on both ends, we'll organize an couple of in person interviews to give you the chance to meet with both of our founders and several key stakeholders on the team. At least one of these will be in an informal setting so we can get to know eachother better on a personal level! At the offer stage, you already know the comp & equity range and our benefits!
