Loftium

Loftium was born out of the current housing crisis - rents are as high as they've ever been, with home ownership rates (particularly among millennials) at all-time lows. Skyrocketing student debt means that in most major cities, even people with stable incomes have trouble accumulating enough savings to afford a down payment. We've invented a new model, based on the predictability of rental / Airbnb income, to bring home ownership back into reach for a wide swath of Americans.
