What We Do

Loadsmart is a logistics technology company focused on truckload shipping. Our mission is to insert transformative technology to reimagine the shipment flow. Recently we had our first fully automated shipment with no human interaction from booking to delivery. Loadsmart is headquartered in the heart of Soho in New York City.

Joining an entrepreneurial environment, you will be part of a diverse team working side by side with award winning designers and developers from different countries, you will bring your own ideas and points of view on the technical and business side.

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with a basic problem solving test (40-minute multiple choice basic logic) followed by a phone interview with our VP of Engineering or Product to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Loadsmart is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we will schedule an algorithmic test. Finally, we will host you in our office to meet several key stakeholders on the team, as well as our Founder and CEO.
