I believe that people are the heart of any business.Today’s companies lose millions of dollars in intellectual capital each year. My goal is to help managers build and train efficient, communicative, desirable hiring teams and match strong candidates with the right teams for a good long-term fit.
My specialties are finding product management, product marketing, venture capital, strategy and corporate development professionals at all levels. I work with hiring managers and hiring teams to build efficient and effective processes, train hiring teams to work together, and coach hiring managers to make themselves a manager of choice for candidates.
When I’m doing recruiting work, I want what’s best for my candidates and what’s best for the companies I am working with. I truly believe that these goals are one and the same. I will always speak my mind and be open with my customers and candidates about my thoughts on fit and next steps. I’d rather have a search take an extra month to find the right fit than put the wrong person in a job and have to re-start the search 6 months later. I want to have long-term relationships with the companies and candidates who engage with me. If I don’t have everyone’s best interests in mind, I won’t be able to sustain these relationships.
