About Us

Lendi is part of the Click Loans Group, one of the world's fastest-growing (and Australia's fastest-growing) Fintech.

Our mission is to take the hard work out of home loans for consumers as well as our inhouse mortgage professionals. We believe the future lies in technology, and we're passionate about using it to solve a key pain point in people's lives.

Current technology for borrowers and mortgage professionals is comically outdated and inefficient. We're changing the landscape in two key ways: first, by giving borrowers the tools that give them control of the most important financial decision of their lives; second, by saving mortgage professionals from the drudgery of today's tools and making their jobs both interesting and meaningful.

Our Developers and Engineers are the key people leading that revolution and form a critical layer in our rapidly-growing business.

Aside from being passionate and proud about what we do, we love to have fun along the way. Whether you like the sound of a fully-stocked kitchen with food for staff; regular social activities and company-sponsored events, you can be assured you'll be working alongside a great bunch of smart people at the top of their game.

Our Interview Process

Once connected, we'll set up an initial telephone conversation with our Head of Talent Acquisition to explain more about the company and role; broadly discuss your experience and mutually decide upon fit.

From there, we'll schedule a more technically-oriented face to face interview with a Senior representative from our tech team to deep dive into your experience and is followed by a technical exercise pertinent to the position being discussed.

If successful, we then bring you back to meet our Managing Director for a final interview. Employment offers are then made subject to employment references being taken.

From there, the world is your oyster!
