There are 78 million hourly workers in the US (56% of the workforce). These jobs have been historically challenging - high attrition, a high cost of replacement etc. Today, these problems are compounded further by gig-economy companies (e.g. Uber) stealing brick & mortar hourly employees. Also, the expectation of the new generation of employees is very different and companies are finding it hard to engage/retain them.

Legion offers a very new approach to this problem using advanced technology and an end to end solution. We are currently live with our early customers and getting great feedback.
