Vendors were emailing their available products, and dispensaries were replying back what they wanted right in the body of the emails, and often texting additional order items. James even saw some cases where dispensaries were texting photos of their order written on napkins!
After launching, James and the founding team immediately saw a spike in user traction — they knew that Leaf Trade was going to solve a problem, but they didn’t realize how big of an impact it was going to make until after all of the positive feedback their vendor and dispensary users shared with them.
