    LandTech is a software company building B2B SaaS Products for the Property Industry!

    The UK is in the middle of a housing shortage and it’s too difficult for property developers to build the places we need. To keep up with demand, the property industry needs to keep evolving. LandTech is part of that evolution. We are on a mission to empower property developers to build the places that communities need to thrive by creating an end to end platform that solves multiple problems across the full lifecycle of pre-construction development sites, creating a marketplace for service providers.

    We started five years ago, with two co-founders who built a product to help understand the development potential of any piece of land – LandInsight. Fast forward to now, and that product is the industry standard for sight sourcing and assessment, and we’re a multi-million-pound business carving a path to international success.

    We are a diverse, unified group of Product Managers, Designers and Software Engineers that work together in feature teams, to deliver our customer promises.

    How the Technology Team is organised

    Taking on the problem of the housing crisis creates a host of issues for us to address, including maintaining data sets from over 600 sources, interpreting unstructured data, displaying all this information in a beautiful and intuitive interface, and most importantly building something that will get more homes built!

    Our flagship product where it all began, supporting rapid site sourcing and investigation
    for commercial viability.
    - Data
    Not big data, but difficult data, across hundreds, soon to be thousands of data sources, coming together into our unique data structure.
    - LandEnhance
    Under incubation as it strives to find product market fit and deliver enormous value
    to customers.
    - BizOps
    Bringing together all of our customer and operational data, to give us a real time view of LandTech’s performance.
    - LandFund
    Another incubated product, aiming to streamline site appraisals and taking us deeper into the journey of land value realisation.
