Laboté was founded in 2015 with a dream of reinventing the world of cosmetics and skincare products.
Today, all products are created in an industrial process that dates back a century and relies on harsh chemical solvents, preservatives, and global supply chains that take over a year to complete one cycle. Lucile, the founder of Laboté, thought this was super messed up and decided to change things herself.
Over the course of several years, she created a radical, new process that tailors the product from the ground-up to fit a person and their unique skin profile. This process, currently being patented, inverts the whole industrial process of cosmetics and skincare.
This culminated in a seed round in 2017 and the opening of the first boutique, at 11 rue Madame, 75006 Paris.
We're looking today to build a new, scalable tech infrastructure, and to hire the first talents to accompany us on our adventure!
