    Launched in 2018, kea is one of the fastest-growing companies changing the way restaurants operate. Originating in Mountain View, California, and now fully-remote, we are building a team that is excited about our mission: drive the world’s commerce by empowering restaurants to operate more intelligently and own their relationship with customers.

    The first product in our platform, kea Voice, takes orders over the phone at a high level of efficiency and consistency so that restaurants can focus on making delicious food.

    • Tech Screen or Take-home ask
    • Review of Tech Screen/Take-home (60min video call, live)
    • Virtual Onsite (4x45min 1:1 interviews, or 1x60min with a panel of interviewers)
    • Sync with Recruiter
    • CEO Interview

    Note that we are a fully-distributed team. We have no office space and no intent on going back to an in-office format. All interviews will be facilitated by local video client (GMeet, Zoom, etc.)
