From our founding 22 years ago, our mission at Kauffman Fellows has been to build a new cadre of leadership that better reflects the entrepreneurial community and society as a whole. We work with venture investors and innovation leaders to accelerate their learning and empower them to have a positive impact around the world.
Over the past 10 years we've focused on funding VCs through our VC fund of fund effort. We co-launched Truebridge Capital Partners in 2007, which has grown to ~1.8B AUM.
Ten years later, we're ready for our next big bet... to bet on founders and startups directly with a new VC fund. So, this opportunity is a bit like a startup VC fund inside of a well-established business - resulting in both autonomy and stability in the role.
