OUR DATA SCIENCE TEAM

Our data scientists and engineers come from the top academic institutions such as Cambridge, Oxford and Imperial with first class degrees in maths, statistics, neuroscience, computer vision, and computer science.

OUR TECH STACK

Our team of data scientists and engineers work in a Linux based environment, leveraging AWS' EC2, RDS, S3 and programming in Python and R. TensorFlow and Keras are our go-to tools for building deep learning models for our computer vision and NLP solutions.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We have a three stage recruitment process which we aim to complete within a two week period. Where possible, we will combine rounds two and three.

FIRST ROUND: an informal interview with the Head of Data Science. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience to date and future ambitions as well as for you to understand more about the team and work on offer.

SECOND ROUND: a written technical exercise to be completed ahead of a verbal technical interview with two members from the data science team. You will be asked to explain how you solved the written exercise during this interview.

THIRD ROUND: an interview with the Chief Operating Officer and member of the data team to discuss your CV and experience in detail. This round may also include a number of competency based questions.
