JBA is a marketing technology and customer insights agency, founded in Australia in 2008. JBA has grown to over 50 staff, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and now Singapore. In 2016, JBA was acquired by the public listed IVE Group (ASX: IGL) to further its expansion efforts across the APAC region.
JBA works primarily with enterprise clients, helping them implement marketing technology solutions to create a better customer experience. We have three core practice areas: Experience, Technology and Data Science.
Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if JBA is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to either deep dive into your resume (Business roles), or for a technical screen (Engineering). Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility. After the on-site interview, you may subsequently move to the offer stage.
