So, she created a blog, Into The Gloss, where she interviewed models, makeup artists, and the strong women she admired about what they used and why. It was sophisticated and savvy, and it cut through all the noise. The site quickly gained a worldwide following and Emily quit her day job and recruited a team. Today, Into The Gloss is a super successful beauty destination and creative think-tank with an influential readership (and team of 10) that keeps growing and growing.
