    How We Hire

    Our hiring process is as follows:

    1. Complete a candidate questionnaire. This a basic candidate questionnaire to get your contact info and skill level. It should take about 10 mins to complete.
    2. Complete the 16Personalities personality assessment: This is a quick and fun personality assessment based on Myers-Briggs. It should take about 5 mins to complete.
    3. Complete a technical skills assessment. This is a self-paced assessment of your technical skills. It should take about 30-45 mins to complete.
    4. Complete a phone interview with the hiring manager.
    5. Complete the Strengthsfinders personality assessment. This is a detailed personality assessment to help us identify your unique strengths and skills. This should take about 45 mins to complete.
    6. Complete a reference and background check.
