What's Ingrain?
Ingrain is a platform for integrating brands in video content on scale. Our vision is to let people watch video content, without having to watch animals selling insurance! Product placement is a non-obtrusive, yet very effective way of monetizing video content online. It is being exceedingly used in the digital video world and has in fact become the major source of revenue for large Multi Channel Networks (MCNs). Still, these MCNs are only able to monetize a minority viewership because of the inefficiency in the process - it takes months to do a single campaign. They are able to handle only a handful campaigns at any given time, leaving the vast majority of potential viewership unmonetized. Our vision is to disrupt the status quo and help MCNs increase revenue and audience by automatically integrating brands in otherwise untouched inventory!

Team & Background
We are a seed-funded startup based out of Palo Alto, California, with our research and dev team based out of Lahore Pakistan. As a team, we have over 50 man-years experience in computer vision technologies (enabling computers to see and understand environment, just like humans do!). Our bleeding edge vision research & technology becomes the foundation of what do at Ingrain.
