We believe in the immense power of well-organized people. We build communications software that helps mission-driven organizations talk to their members, and build movements to achieve ambitious goals.
Our clients have used our tools for incredible things:
Political candidates use Hustle to rally voters: https://blog.hustle.com/47m-voters-17m-conversations-and-historic-outcomes-for-hustle-and-the-2018-midterms-87bdbd54aaa
Labor unions use Hustle to organizize historic labor protests: https://blog.hustle.com/la-teachers-union-hustles-to-victory-a9061c3c2795

We believe SMS is the platform to support these movements. Text messages are unique in their ability to reach people (95% of texts read are in 3 minutes), and to drive real conversation between two people. Hustle never sends automated messages -- we let organizations and their volunteers send real messages, and all conversations are with an actual person.
The Hustle platform empowers organizations to run large-scale text messaging campaigns, by empowering teams of distributed volunteers to have individual conversations with large groups of supporters. Campaigns start from our web-based console: organizers choose a goal (e.g. donations, attend an event), write customizable scripts (powered by ML-driven insights on the most effective language), and choose lists of supporters who are interested in the goal. Volunteers download the Hustle mobile app and start having real conversations with individuals, with unique interactions that allow them to balance hundreds of simultaneous conversations. Data from these conversations is tracked and sent back to the organizers, so they can see their impact and plan future campaigns.
