HoodQ has aggregated and curated geospatial data from across North America. More recently, we've built industry-specific products on top of this data which enables users to quickly quantify neighborhood information.
Working out of our downtown Toronto office, you'll be responsible for working with our team on further solidifying both our platform and products as well as taking them to the next level. Depending on your skill sets, you will either be working on our front-end UI or back-end data models and APIs.
We expect you to have experience with JavaScript and/or Ruby. We’ve built a highly interactive front-end using the Flux+React architecture in JavaScript. Our back-end setup is a comprehensive JSON based REST API powered by JRuby on Rails and backed by Postgres.
