Hinge Health’s mission is to rebuild healthcare delivery for the 21st Century. Chronic conditions are now the number one public health concern around the world, and yet our tools to deliver care are firmly stuck in the 20th Century. To solve this, we are digitizing the delivery of care - starting with musculoskeletal conditions.
We’ve already achieved some remarkable things: The people we’ve worked with have overcome chronic pain, avoided surgeries, returned to work, and got back to doing the things they love. How do we know? Well, they’ve told us. And that’s a pretty rewarding thing to work on.
In joining Hinge Health you’ll be getting involved at a leadership level with a team that has just raised Series A investment and is still small, potent and rapidly signing customers. We’re firm believers in letting you own your role and continuous learning, both within your area of expertise and from other members of our diverse team.
Hinge Health is a place where science, engineering, medicine and design combine. We’re working on some big problems right now; like creating experiences that get patients excited about engaging in their healthcare, and building a platform to deliver hyper-personalised programs based on the patient’s history and symptoms.
Here, you’ll work on web and mobile products that will deliver targeted care to patients, and build the tools for our health coaches to support our users on their journeys with Hinge Health.
Our interview process starts with an introductory call to let you know more about the opportunity at Hinge Health, and to allow us to learn more about your interests and career goals. If we both feel there's a fit you'll take a short technical screener where you can show us your skills. Finally, we'll invite you to an on-site interview. Here, you'll meet the team and spend a morning or afternoon with us going through a couple of technical and non-technical rounds. We aim to get deep understanding of all you will bring to the team.
