How does the interview process look like?

1. Phone screen - let's find out together if there is a match based on skills, culture fit and what you'd want to learn in your new adventure

2. (technical) Assignment - to make sure you'll enjoy the work you're gonna do, we'll give you an assignment to work on. On the other hand we can make sure your skills are the one required to change healthcare

3. Onsite with the team - meet the people you're gonna work with closely, part of this will be a technical interview for engineers. If needed combined with an assignment

4. Onsite with the leadership steam - meet the leadership, including our CEO Ron

5. Reference check
