Founded right at the end of 2016 out of a realisation that commercial real-estate suffers from poor quality, error prone, non-homogeneous data which makes it almost impossible for those interested to produce up-to-date, relevant and accurate information.
In 18 months our team has grown to over 18 with 14 of those being part of the technology team. We expect to be at over 25 head count by the end of 2018. We have an amazingly diverse and talented team. Lovely people; full of passion and enthusiasm for what we’re doing.
At our heart, we are a data science business. We are solving some of the most fundamental and most valuable problems in the sector and are looking forward to announcing those products later in 2018.
At HARNESS we take pride in our team. Everyone is committed to creating a great business and understands our business plans intuitively.
We don’t operate a high-pressure, ego driven culture because you are naturally keen to do a great job. You ask questions. You take time to listen objectively. You are always learning. You take pride in your work. You make mistakes and take ownership of them. You enjoy your free time. You share your knowledge and ideas.
We want to innovate and grow so we want to build a team of thinkers, of communicators and we all try to ensure everyone is happy at work. We're looking to find talented, enthusiastic colleagues. We offer a relaxed, collaborative work environment. Work/life balance is important to us. There's plenty of opportunity to work from home or even from the coffee shop.
