Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Groove is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule a video call to perform a technical interview to evaluate your level of comfort writing code of various degrees of difficulty and discussing various technical topics (1 hour). Following a successful technical interview is a mini take-home project designed to get an idea of how you work and communicate through your code in an actual project setting with requirements. Finally, we'll bring you into the office where we'll talk through your project's implementation after which is usually a team lunch or happy hour so that you can get a sense of our personality and culture as a company and meet the rest of the team.
