Our interview process begins with a call to help you better understand the opportunity, give us a glimpse into your interests and motivations, and help you decide if Grailed & Heroine is the right place for you. From there we ask candidates to complete a small coding challenge that gives you an opportunity to show us your skills and how you think about programming and architecture. Lastly we bring candidates onsite to interview with the team. The main part of the onsite consists of a pair programming session where we will dive deeper into the code challenge you submitted and work together to expand on the project.
