We provide market-leading platform technology to the alternative investment industry.

Access to private markets is increasing but 20th century technology cannot support or scale to meet these market demands and opportunities. Trillions of pounds of new inflows from institutional and individual investors are expected in the coming years, and the industry needs to adapt.

Goji was acquired by Euroclear Group in 2022. Our shared vision is to enhance Euroclear's infrastructure with digitised private fund capabilities, creating a global network that seamlessly connects participants and catalyses their growth.
Our clients include asset managers who want to access and onboard more private fund investors, fund administrators who want to offer a private fund service that drives growth, and distributors who want low-friction access to private funds of their choice.

Our Interview Process

Engineering:
1. Introductory chat - We'll spend the time telling you all about Goji and the role! We'll ensure you're comfortable and welcomed into the process!
2. Engineering Manager Call - Spend some time getting to know our Engineering Manager and the role! We'll have some technical questions for you too!
3. Paired-Programming - We love collaboration and Paired-Programming! We'll get a flavour of how you work and give you a flavour of what it's like to work with us!
4. Values - Here we mix it up! Meet with other members of our Goji family from elsewhere in the business! They'll talk to you about our values and you'll reflect on your career!
5. All done! - But, if you have any additional questions or want to know anything else, we'll make time for you!

Product:
1. Introductory chat - We'll spend the time telling you all about Goji and the role! We'll ensure you're comfortable and welcomed into the process!
2. Product Craft - Spend some time with our Product Director and a member of the Engineering team. We'll dig into your experience and Product chops here and give you a deep insight to the business and role!
3. Competency Task - We'll present you with a real situation Goji faced recently here and we'll get a flavour of how you would handle it. This is a highly collaborative part of the process, so it will give you a flavour of what it's like to work with us!
4. Values - Here we mix it up! Meet with other members of our Goji family from elsewhere in the business! They'll talk to you about our values and you'll reflect on your career!
5. All done! - But, if you have any additional questions or want to know anything else, we'll make time for you!
