Berkeley were looking to award funding from their £2m fund to back an idea or concept that would help to improve health & safety across the construction industry.

The fuse team quickly saw the opportunity to leverage in-house app dev skills and collaboration skills to build a multi-language app that would pro-actively notify workers when they entered danger zones by focusing on three initial scenarios.
fuseAware currently focuses on the following three areas:
Reduce the risk of workers falling from height
Reduce the risk of objects falling from height onto workers
Reduce the risk of vehicles colliding with workers & pedestrians
The fuseAware roadmap will extend functionality to cater for multiple use cases across a variety of industries.
The funding that fuseAware received helped toward the design, build and prototyping of the solution.
The solution is now being deployed to a number of the worlds largest construction clients on a per user per month basis.
In late 2016, fuseAware completed a successful (oversubscribed) fund raise in order to capitalize the business through 2017 and 2018 in order to drive development and sales.
The opportunity for us is huge across construction, rail, manufacturing etc. We will be incorporating AI, facial recognition, collaboration and integration with line of business app's in 2017 - but we need your help.
