While this is an engineering role for a business/e-commerce oriented application, you will be be working in a culture that values beautiful design and and strict attention to detail, so an eye for design and user experience is critical.

Our interview process consists of three steps:
30 min phone screen to gauge fit and interest
60 minute tech screen in either Ruby or JavaScript (can be done remote or at our office)
Full day interview at our office
- Two pair programming sessions covering Ruby and JavaScript
- Lunch with engineering/product team
- Conversations with various members of our team
