When you work with Frontline, you're not just using a software tool - you're part of the family.
Our focus is on solving problems for K-12 school districts through innovative software. Customer satisfaction drives every decision we make. We invite you to explore our culture, history and vision to get a feel for our team - but better yet, we invite you to talk to any one of our 5,000+ customers!
"We love Frontline and we love that they're very customer-focused. We wish that every software company loved their customers as much as they do." -Jennifer Polk, Staffing Coordinator, Wylie ISD, TX.
One of our favorite quotes, painted on the wall in the customer service "chat cave," says:
"If you're not having a good time, neither is the customer."
It all started with an idea in 1998: districts were already using automated phone systems to call substitutes. What if a system could use the phone AND the new exciting technology known as the Internet?
Some people said it would never work.
But we went for it - and launched Aesop, the first-ever phone and web-based substitute placement system. Who could have imagined that 15 years later, Aesop is the most widely-used system of its kind in the US - used by more than 4,000 districts and 2 million teachers and substitutes.
We added on to our K-12 product suite a few years ago with VeriTime, our electronic time and attendance management system that shares absences and other key data with Aesop. VeriTime continues to help a growing number of districts eliminate paperwork and improve accuracy, accountability and efficiency.
You may have also heard of Jobulator, our product for substitute teachers. Substitutes told us they were tired of refreshing their Aesop screen to search for new jobs - so we built Jobulator, a tool that automatically searches Aesop and notifies substitutes of new jobs.
And what's next? You tell us! It's only based on feedback from our customers that we're able to keep growing and offering new, exciting technologies to innovate your work life!
