Our custom built exam room system replaces your doctor's paper notes and clipboards with a beautiful display that captures and structures the important parts of the conversation right in front of your eyes. Our technology increases transparency, and allows the doctor to be focused on your goals and questions instead of typing or writing. The result is better data, deeper collaboration, and a more human experience.

It's no secret that healthcare is facing major challenges. For us, the problem is personal. Each of our founders experienced a close friend or family member not getting the care they should have. Those experiences inspired us to create Forward. Our goal is to combine the best aspects of physicians – judgment, empathy, and experience - with the best aspects of technology – scalability, cost and convenience – to bring higher quality, lower cost healthcare to as many people as possible.
