  • What We Do

    We are an on-demand workforce.

    Forge partners with companies who employ hourly labor (e.g. Dunkin' Donuts, GAP, Victoria’s Secret, RA Sushi) and controls their part-time scheduling system. Store managers update hours available each week for people to work at their location. Individuals looking for work can sign up, become trained and approved at locations nearest them, select shifts they’d like to work and get paid for each hour they work.
