What We are Looking For
We are looking for a Tech Lead or VP of Engineering- someone to come in as a partner and take large responsibility of the recruiting and hiring for the tech team at Ford Models. This person will oversee contractors, bring people in as the business grows. This person will also need to code about 50% and design and deliver the product.
Interview Process
We are all about speed. First round will be a coffee meet. Second interview will be meeting everyone on the team- there are 6 people. Round 3 will be meeting with the lead investor of Ford Models, and if all goes well, we will place an offer. It is a possibility that the in-person interviews could happen all in 1 day.
