At Flare, we believe that HR managers have better things to do than filing paperwork and performing manual date entry. That's why we've built a cloud-based HR platform that takes the drudgery out of HR and allows HR Managers to focus on what they're trained to do: get the most out of their company's most valuable asset.

At the same time, we think that employers can play a much larger role in improving their employees' financial wellness; after all, for most people their salary is their only source of income. We have built our platform from Day 1 as a financial wellness portal for employees, helping them make intelligent financial choices around superannuation, insurance, leasing and more. Our ambitions is this space are great, and we think Flare is the perfect vehicle for disrupting the financial services industry in Australia by allowing consumers to make better-informed choices.
