We're a startup with a working solution that many customers are using and an active sales pipeline of new opportunities. Our service leverages a Rails app that serves as an API to our iOS and Android apps for patients, as well as providing the support for both internal and external dash boards that integrate with our back-end marketing analytics and automation capabilities.

We are seeking a seasoned Rails developer to take a lead role in our high growth company with responsibilities to include, but not be limited to:

• Play a lead role in designing and developing business critical features of across all of eRelevance’s software technologies
• Investigate and fix any defects
• Write test automation code
• Mockup designs for features to communicate with product owners
• Provide mentorship to junior developers through the use of pair programming
• Contribute to process improvement

You must be a motivated and knowledgeable Rails developer who can be highly productive immediately. You must be willing to dive into anything - whatever is at the top of our Kanban ready queue (no sprint planning here). In our dynamic environment, most projects will be backend Rails work, but can be across our entire stack, even in our native mobile apps. You should have experience or interest in native iOS and Android development. Experience in CSS, JavaScript and SQL (Postgres) is very important. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a get-it-done environment, where communication is king and requirements are fluid and sometimes not well defined.
