Our interview process begins with an introduction call to learn about you and share more information about Electric. If we forward, we'll ask for 2 to 3 dates/times to schedule a phone/video call. In that call we will go further into your background and conduct a technical screen. Finally, we ask that everyone join us onsite for 5 or 6 hours to experience who we are as a business. This step involves multiple interviews with the overall team. After the interview, you will receive feedback within the week as to the interview status and the potential of an offer being extended.
