Who we are, our vision
We're a small team building the Eian protocol. The Eian protocol lowers barriers to investment, creates new investment opportunities, and provides investment fund managers with on-boarding, reporting, and participation mechanisms never previously available.
Our Goal
We aim to reduce information asymmetry, democratize financial gains, and reduce risk throughout our ecosystem.
The Eian Utility Tokem
The eian utility token is the heart of the protocol’s synchronous transaction logic, which undergirds smart contract processes that enable event-driven execution of both on- and off-blockchain transactions. The system includes all of the following modular components: compliance adherence, tax tracking, asset allocation, trade validation, identity management, reporting, liquidity, tokenization, accreditation, voting and governance, investment and trade recommendation, and community engagement. These modules, in turn, drive security, transparency, fractional ownership, and the utility system of decentralized apps executing on the main blockchain.
The NextFund
The First DAAMO Using the eian Protocol
NextFund is the inaugural tokenized asset on the eian platform. It will pioneer a DAAMO governance and operating model. NextFund is incorporated with a standard Limited Partner and General Partner private equity structure. The investing team will be headquartered in Silicon Valley, with other offices in San Francisco, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
