What We Do

Eden exists to empower our clients and team members to do the best work of their lives, and you will be a catalytic agent in achieving this huge mission. Eden provides services and products to help run your office better, including IT, handyman, and janitorial services as well as a marketplace of vendors like locksmiths, plumbers, etc. The product team is building the software that customers use to schedule services (both web and mobile); helps us coordinate with our on-site wizards; and enables our account managers to handle a large amount of accounts.

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Hired is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll grab coffee for an hour to ensure mutual fit on culture. Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility (we'll even meet after normal working hours so you don't have to take time off). We'll cover practical coding skills, general problem solving, code design, and how you think about product. You'll also meet both of our founders and have lunch with the team. At the offer stage, we'll walk you through comp and equity (with meaningful context). Then it's time to create a better place to work, for everyone!
