Ecquire

We created Ecquire so we could live the lives we wanted to live in the places we wanted to live and have fun working on the company. We meet quarterly in a cool part of the World for a week (usually a surf town). We have a call every Tuesday morning to see how things are going and if anything is being blocked. We use trello and bitbucket to manage projects. We offer complete independence and freedom and prefer engineers that can thrive in this environment as well as understand this is not the most important thing in life. We have been growing slowly but steadily for 3 years every month but we need someone of a founder type to help us get to the next level.
