Simply put, we make software to help investors sell tickets to live events. Using our one-of-a-kind technology, we ensure that fans can see the artists and teams they love and our customers get the best return on their investment. That's simple to describe, but hard to do.
The process begins with a phone call. One of our team members will call you and to answer any questions you have about the role and so we can learn more about your skills and interests. If we agree that you and DTI could be a good fit, we will follow up with a review of your resumé and and some informal discussions about your approach to designing and building great software. Finally, we will invite you to our office for the day to work on a cool toy problem with our team. We want to see how well you work with our team and solve realistic problems.
Things we do not do:
We love to write code. It's our dream job.
We believe collaboration makes writing code even more fun and creates a better product.
We support each other. If we fail, we fail together.
We believe it's ok to fail sometimes.
We believe everybody on the team should be able to pursue their ideas about how to improve our products.
We don't have "rockstars", we have teammates.
