DPR is the leading provider of banking technology for mortgages, lending and savings accounts, providing technology for over 40 banks and building societies.

DPR is a high growth Private Equity-backed provider of origination and servicing software solutions for banks, building societies and specialist lenders throughout the UK. Having received Private Equity investment in June 2017, we are focused on accelerating our growth through acquisition as well as organic growth.

Our software solutions span across residential and commercial mortgages, personal loans, equity release and savings and we are driven by a desire to maximise operational efficiency and drive down costs across the sector through the innovative use of technology.

We are proud to work with over 40 industry leading brands including established banks, smaller niche providers and challenger banks. We draw on this breadth of experience to provide the best solutions to stay ahead of the curve.

Given our market position, we are well placed to drive the shift toward more consumer and digitally-led banking.

DPR has been through a rapid period of growth over the last few years with ambitious plans for the future. Our rate of customer wins demonstrates our expertise in delivering open, agile, innovative, integrated, functionally-rich and customer-centric solutions and we thrive in a culture that revolves around “everything is possible”.

To support this growth we have been investing heavily in the business, the culture and our infrastructure – including moving recently to completely new offices in St Katharine Docks, Tower Bridge in Central London. When you become a part of our team, we want to invest in you and want you to enjoy the amazing journey we are on.

    Recruitment process

Once you’ve been identified as a potential fit for a live role, you’ll go through a three or four stage process, which the Talent Acquisition Partner will guide you through.

The process will be based on the role you are interviewing for, and will include some, but not all of these stages:

Stage 1: 30-45 minute call with the Talent Acquisition Partner.

Stage 2: Off site tech test (for roles that require technical skills) – you’ll complete this in the comfort of your own home.

Stage 3: On site interview for one hour with HR/Talent Acquisition and one of the managers of the function.

Stage 4: On site interview for one hour with two DPR team members, usually a Manager and a Director from the team for which you are interviewing. You may be asked to prepare a case study for this stage.

Stage 5: Final meeting with our CFO.
