Technology Strategy & Multi-Year Roadmaps: Our Technology Strategy team is brought in when an organization wants to engage in a multi-year digital transformation initiative to improve their business operations, technology costs, and data management. We would conduct a current state audit of their technology ecosystem, map out a future state looking 3-5 years out, and then define a multi-year roadmap to achieve this desired state.

Product Strategy & Custom Engineering: Our Design and Software Engineering teams work with our clients to create custom digital experiences to differentiate their business - if the client is looking to explore IoT we would also bring in our Hardware team.

For all of our work we do not offshore/nearshore, instead, we build centralized multi-disciplinary teams around the client's project to deliver an integrated approach across Design, Development, Project Management and Quality Assurance.
