It all started when a friend of Justin's who had been diagnosed with diabetes had an issue with her insulin pump: it repeatedly failed due to interference with her hospital pager. Frustrated, she told him something that has stuck with him to this day: “You’re the engineer. You fix it!” And ever since then, he knew that there had to be a better way for people like his friend, and their doctors, to manage their health with technology.
Human understanding of disease and healthcare has rapidly evolved, but the technology that supports the efforts of physicians and caregivers is still lacking. So Justin and Nishant founded Noteworth to bridge the data gap in healthcare. And ever since, we have been working tirelessly at reducing the friction in the industry to adopt meaningful technology and incorporate the best data into every healthcare decision, for both patients and clinicians.

First, we'll start with a 30-minute call to get to know each other. You'll learn about Noteworth, the team, more about the role.
And we'll discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have. From there, we'll schedule a three-hour technical interview (either on-site at our HQ or via video call if you're not in the NYC area), in which you'll wow us with your technique, meet the team, and get some boots-on-the-ground insight into what the day-to-day at Noteworth looks like. We're completely transparent with team salaries, so by the time we extend an offer, you will already have a great idea about the compensation, equity, and benefits that would be on the table.
