Custora is a marketing software startup based in NYC. We provide the leading predictive marketing platform for e-commerce teams, which helps retailers acquire valuable customers and improve customer retention.
We’re on a mission to remove the “mass” from marketing with software tools that focus on customers as individuals with unique needs and interests. Our platform employs the state of the art in customer analytics methodologies and helps marketers deliver more relevant, meaningful, and effective communications. We work with some of the world’s leading e-commerce brands including Guess, Ann Taylor, Crocs, and Bonobos.
Our offices are located in the Flatiron district of Manhattan and we have a decent view of the Empire State Building from one of the windows in the back corner.
Custora began as an idea scribbled in the margins of a notepad at Wharton and blossomed as a Y Combinator participant in 2011. After securing a seed round of financing, we grew steadily as revenues increased. Then, in the Spring of 2015 we secured a Series A round led by Foundation Capital and Greycroft Partners to further accelerate our reach and finally get that new dart board.
