Our Hiring Process

We like to start candidates off with a 20-30 minute initial phone conversation to learn more about them and their goals. We then invite candidates to our office for an hour-long onsite technical interview with a few of our engineers. Finally, we invite candidates back for a chat with our co-founders Charlie and Vlad to ensure that they will fit well into our team and company values. We tend to move candidates quickly through and hiring process - successful applicants are typically hired within a week of the phone screen.
