With Crux Systems, we set out to find the most simple, reliable, and insightful way to help move cargo faster through the supply chain. The name comes from the rock climbing world, a passion of our CEO. Once a climber gets past the crux of a route - the most difficult part of a climb - the rest is easy. We bring together the data, analytics, and tools that helps everyone in the supply chain work together to ensure that cargo keeps moving efficiently along its journey.

Hiring Process:

1. Phone conversation with the hiring manager (30 minute) to understand the company your interests and who you can contribute to the team.
2. Technical Discussion with a peer engineer to assess technology stack experience, and other technical topics
3. On-Site Discussion with the engineering team around a small project that will be sent to you. (2.5 hours), and review of status with CTO.
4. Final Interview with the executive team (1 hour)
